What is a Clinical Trial

A clinical trial is another name for an interventional study, which is defined as a type of clinical study in which participants are assigned to groups that receive one or more intervention treatment (or no intervention) so that researchers can evaluate the effects of the interventions on biomedical or health-related outcomes. These assignments are determined by the study’s protocol. Participants may receive diagnostic, therapeutic, or other types of interventions. There are five phases of clinical trials, Phase 0, Phase I, Phase II, Phase III, and Phase IV. Care United Research primarily participates in clinical trials with the Phase II through Phase IV range.

Who Can Participate

Care United Research (CURe) is actively seeking Adult patients, ages 18 years or older for drug treatment trials. All ages from 2 and up can participate in Device or Diagnostic trials. Feel Free to contact us if any questions on who and when you can participate.
